Worked as a riveter on the trailing edge of the B-26 Marauder at Goodyear Aircraft in Akron, OH, from 1943-44. In 1943, she worked as a "Rosie the Riveter" at Goodyear Aircraft. She helped rivet the Martin B-26 Marauder twin-engine bomber that helped end WW II. Due to the shortage of nurses in the war, Ronnie joined the U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps and graduated from the St. Thomas Hospital School of Nursing.
