If you need assistance with your booking or would like to make reservations by phone, please call the hotel at 1-615-899-0800. Be sure to indicate you are with the “American Rosie the Riveter Association Reunion” to get the special rate of $164 (exterior room) to $184 (interior room) per night, plus taxes and fees. (The special rate can extend a couple days before and a couple days after our convention dates depending on availability, so consider booking an extended stay.) The deadline to reserve hotel rooms at the special rate is May 14, 2024. (Please note, hotel cancellations require 72 hours notice to hotel prior to your scheduled arrival, and cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will mean forfeiting payment of one night’s room plus tax and fees.)

We will honor our WWII Rosies by paying some of their expenses to Nashville! YOU or YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS or EMPLOYER may sponsor a Rosie. With your donation, you may name a specific Rosie who is coming to the convention, or you may honor someone’s memory with your donation. Donations are tax deductible, because ARRA is a 501 (c)(3) organization. There are two ways to donate:

4:00pm-6:00pm – Rosies Meet and Greet

Friday, June 14, 2024
9:00am – Registration, Rosie Shoppe, and Silent Auction are open
(10:00am-2:30pm – ARRA Leadership, Executive Committee, and Board Meetings take place)
3:15pm-4:30pm – Media event for Rosies, members, and guests
5:00pm-8:30pm – Offsite across the street, Nashville Nightlife Dinner Show

Saturday, June 15, 2024
8:30am-9:30am – Rosie Breakfast for Rosies and their ‘plus-ones’
(9:30am-Noon – ARRA Leadership, Executive Committee, and Board Meetings take place)
5:20pm – Rosies gather for official group photo
6:00pm-9:00pm – Red Carpet Banquet with live big band music

Sunday, June 16, 2024
9:00am – Non-denominational Worship Service
11:00am-2:30pm – Offsite, transportation provided:  White Rose Memorial Ceremony at WWII Memorial & Luncheon Program at Tennessee State Museum
CONVENTION ADJOURNS

Transportation Tips

The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle. Taxis, and Lyft or Uber ride-share services are recommended. If you are driving to Nashville, free self-parking is available at the hotel. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle serivces on a continuous loop between the hotel and the Opry Mills Mall.

2024 Convention Registration Cancellation Deadlines

Meal reservations deadline:  Meal reservations and convention registrations received after May 24, 2024, and “walk-ins,” will be accepted on a space-available basis.
