We always honor our Rosies, but for our 2026 Convention, ARRA is proud to partner with The National World War II Museum in New Orleans to honor our Rosies in an even more amazing way. Many thanks to the museum for their generosity as we celebrate our beautiful Rosies. We’ll also commemorate the anniversary of D-Day.

2026 Convention How-To Information
CONVENTION REGISTRATION: Everyone—Rosies, Guardians, and all other Convention attendees—all need to register for the Convention and meals, even if no fees are due, to be included in the head count for each event. Mail the form here with your check (if applicable), OR register online at https://rosietheriveter.net/2026-convention-registration/. Note: ARRA and the WWII Museum will also be working with Rosies/Guardians separately to plan your trip, so respond right away.
Convention registration is separate from hotel registration. Early-bird pricing for convention registration is available if postmarked or received online by May 1, 2026. Registrations received after May 1 and “walk-ins” who have not
pre-registered can only be accepted on a space-available basis. Pre-registration is especially important this year. If you must
cancel your registration, requests for reimbursement should reach Laura Wright May 23, 2026.
HOTEL REGISTRATION:
Rosies and Guardians, we will make your hotel reservations through the Gary Sinise Foundation, so please contact Rosebud Helen Sullinger at helen.b.sullinger@gmail.com or (651) 387-6395 right away to reserve your place.
All who are not Rosies or Guardians, you need to make your own hotel reservation, using special Convention rates available at the Higgins Hotel, 1000 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 (a Hilton hotel), adjacent to The National World War II Museum. Convention activities will be at the hotel or at the museum. The rate for two queen beds is $229 plus tax per night for 1-2 people. Add $20 each for a 3rd or 4th person in the room. You can extend your stay to include nights of June 1-10.
The firm cutoff date to book rooms in the Convention block is May 5, 2026. If you are not a Rosie or Guardian, make your reservation online through this link, https://book.passkey.com/event/51205056/owner/49887877/home. Or you may call
for a reservation at 833-357-1172 and give the block code 90O (numeral 9, numeral 0, capital letter O) and the name “Rosie Riveter Association.” Check your reservation confirmation to find the hotel’s cancellation policy.
The hotel has a limited number of accessible rooms. If you need an accessible room, be sure to state that you need one.
EXTENDING YOUR STAY: There are lots of great things to do in New Orleans, so come early or stay late!
