From the Washington Women in Trades:

Washington Women in Trades is proud to present the 10th Annual Rosie the Riveter Calendar, ROSIE, MANY WOMEN, ONE TOMORROW.

Each year, we gather twelve women who worked as Rosies during World War II, then photograph and interview them. The result is a documentation of these outstanding women’s lives, complete with stunning black and white portraits, short bios and a slew of vintage photos.

This year’s women hale from all over the US. Thanks to the American Rosie the Riveter Association, (ARRA) [3] we are able to continue producing this special project.

With this, and the 9 calendars that have gone before, we honor Rosie’s legacy, not just for her war-time support, but even more for her far reaching and ground breaking efforts to affect women’s equality. Rosie affected change; in the workplace, the political arena and every social standard in America.

The calendar was unveiled on Saturday, November 12 at the 10th Annual Dream Big Dinner [4]. Attending 2017 Rosies were Doris Graham, June Concannon and Lucy Olsen.
